Background & Experience

The owner is Jerry W. Rice a former professional firefighter, Air Force Veteran, retired 31+ years government facility Maintenance Engineer, Project Manager, and IT Manager. He has a vast background in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulic, network & IT systems. He also has a degree in digital photography which aids him in the home inspection business including thermal imaging.

Training & Certification

Jerry has completed over 625 hours of training courses/classes/certifications in order to provide first class Home Inspections. The State of Texas requires passing 194 specific training course hours as well as passing the state exams (State and National) to obtain the Professional Real Estate Inspector license. There are three inspector certifications in Texas: Apprentice, Real Estate, and Professional Real Estate Inspector.
