When you hire Sundance Property Inspection — an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector enrolled in this program — you're protected by a promise that no other industry offers: if a covered defect is missed, InterNACHI will purchase your home at the original price you paid.

Guarantee Terms
Please read all 8 terms carefully. Your eligibility depends on meeting these conditions as established by InterNACHI.
A home with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, per InterNACHI's Standards of Practice, is not eligible for buy-back.
A home with issues not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Standards of Practice, is not eligible for buy-back.
The Guarantee applies to your primary residence only. Investment properties, vacation homes, and secondary residences are not covered under this program.
The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent in order for InterNACHI to execute the buy-back transaction.
The Guarantee may be honored for up to 90 days after closing. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for buy-back.
The inspection must be performed by an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector already participating in the Buy-Back Program. Not all certified inspectors are enrolled — verify participation before booking.
InterNACHI will pay you the purchase price of your home, but you are responsible for any applicable fees, taxes, transfer costs, and real estate commissions that arise from the transaction.
