PLEASE NOTE: Inspectors may limit liability through provisions in the contract or Inspection Agreement between the Inspector and their clients. Please be sure to read any contract or agreement carefully. If you do not understand any items or provisions, consult an attorney.
Sundance Property Inspection is licensed and regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) under License #26915-PI. All home inspection services are performed in accordance with the Texas Standards of Practice for home inspectors as established by TREC.
If you have a complaint or concern regarding an inspection performed under License #26915-PI, you may file a complaint with TREC online at trec.texas.gov or by mail at Texas Real Estate Commission, P.O. Box 12188, Austin, TX 78711-2188. TREC administers two recovery funds which may be available if you have a financial loss arising from a complaint with a TREC licensee.
This Consumer Protection Notice is provided in compliance with 22 TAC §535.223 and the requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission. The inspector's license number, #26915-PI, must appear on all inspection reports and related documents.
